Cnc Router Nedir? Ne İşe Yarar?

Computer Numeric Control ifadelerinin kısaltılması olan CNC, kelime anlamı olarak bilgisayar destekli sayısal kontrol olarak söylenebilir. Cnc işleri daha kolay hale ve seri hale getirmek için tasarlanmış, bilgisayar yardımı ile kontrolü sağlanan tam otomatik makinelerdir. Farklı işlemleri gerçekleştirmek için pek çok cnc makinesi bulunmaktadır. Bu makineler arasında; CNC Router, CNC Freze, CNC Pres, CNC Robotik ve CNC Torna yer almaktadır. CNC Router, bilgisayar kontrol sistemine sahip geniş işleme alanı olan dik işleme tezgâhlarına verilen addır. Cnc Routerlar başta ahşap, mdf, sunta, kompozit, pleksi, derlin, poliüratan ve hafif metaller olmak üzere birçok farklı malzeme üzerinde oyma, şekillendirme, rölyef, yazı kazıma işlemleri gerçekleştirmeyi sağlayan makinelerdir. Cnc router X,Y ve Z olmak üzere 3 eksenlidir. Yaygın olarak kullanılan 3 eksen cnc router işlem yapacağınız parçaya sadece üst yüzeyden yaklaşarak işlem sağlamaktadır. Daha farklı parçalarda işlem sağlamak isteyenler için 4 eksenli ve 5 eksenli cnc routerler da bulunmaktadır. Bilgisayar sistemi ile çalışan bu makineler kullanıcıya pek çok avantaj sağlamaktadır. Kullanıcılara sağladığı avantajları şu şekilde sıralayabiliriz;

  • Cnc router da kesilecek ölçüleri değiştirmek istemeniz halinde ise yalnızca çizimi güncellemeniz yeterlidir. Sonrasında istenilen ölçülerde kesmeye başlayabilirsiniz.

  • CNC Router makinelerinde plastik, alüminyum, tahta ve kompozit olmak üzere birçok malzeme kesilerek şekil verilebilir. En fazla 3000 mm x 2000 mm’ye kadar kesim tablası ile 1 mm ile 50 mm ebattaki malzemeleri alabilecek kesim panolarına sahiptirler.

Cnc Routerların Diğer Tezgahlardan Farkı

Cnc router makineleri çalışma prensibi ve kullandığı teknoloji ile diğer cnc tezgahlarından farklılık göstermektedir. Bu farklar;

Cnc lazer makineleri parçaları lazer ışınlarıyla keser ve sadece iki boyutlu işlem yapabilirler. Oysa cnc routerlar X, Y, Z boylamlarının sayesinde 3D kesim veya şekillendirme yapabilme olanaklarına sahiptir. 

Cnc plazma makineleri sadece metalleri işleyebilirler ve yine lazer gibi iki boyutlu çalışırlar. Cnc router ise ahşaptan metale bir çok farklı malzemeyi işleyebilirler.

CNC su jeti: lazer ve plazma aksine soğuk kesim yapan tezgahlardır. Yüksek basınçlı su kullanarak işlem yaparlar, ahşap için uygun değildir. Routerların materyal yelpazesi bu iki cihazın işleyebildikleri de dahil olmak üzere daha da geniştir.

Cnc Router Nasıl Çalışır? Nasıl Kullanılır?

Cnc router bilgisayar kontrollü çalışma prensibine sahiptir. Cnc Kontrol Paneli ile kontrol edilen cnc routerların çalışma prensibini en kolay olacak şekilde 3 adımda anlatabiliriz.

Adım 1:İş parçasını x, y ve z eksenine göre detaylandıran bir dosya tasarlanmalıdır. Bu dosya, görüntünün (iş parçasının) nasıl oluşturulacağını belirler.

Adım 2: Dosya tasarlandıktan sonra, bir sonraki adım onu ​​G koduna dönüştürmektir. G kodu bir programlama dilidir. CNC makinelerinin ortak dili olan G kodları ile kontrol ünitesinden servo eksenlere hangi hareketi hangi hızda ve sıra ile yapacağı iletilir.

Adım 3: kaydedilen bu işlemler, CNC tezgahına bir flash bellek yardımıyla aktarılır.

CNC kontrol yazılımı şimdi G-kodu dosyasını çalıştıracak ve makineyi aynı şeyi kesmek için nesnenin etrafında hareket etmesi için yönlendirecektir.
